In Friday's league contest, the visiting Porter-Gaud Cyclones basketball team scored a good 36-21 triumph over the Palmetto Christian Academy .
The Cyclones (10-3) will now prepare for their contest against Cardinal Newman (Columbia, SC). The Cardinals go into the contest with a 0-1 record. In their last contest, Cardinal Newman was topped by Ben Lippen (Columbia, SC), 37-21, in a non-league contest.
