California High School Basketball - Vanden victorious over Wood

In Friday's league contest, the visiting Vanden Vikings basketball team scored a good 40-31 triumph over the Wood Wildcats.

The Vikings (11-3) will now prepare for their contest against Sacramento (Sacramento, CA). The Dragons go into the contest with a 11-5 record. In their last contest, Sacramento topped River City (West Sacramento, CA), 87-41, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Wildcats confront the Tokay Tigers (Lodi, CA) in a non-league contest, on Wednesday, January 15. Wood will attempt to better on its 9-9 season record.
