Geraldine Bulldogs (Geraldine, AL) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Collinsville Panthers (Collinsville, AL), 70-43 in a league bout.
With the win, Geraldine upgrades its record to 8-4 on the season. The Bulldogs travel to Westbrook Christian (Rainbow City, AL) to clash with the Warriors in a non-league bout on Saturday, January 15. The Warriors go into the bout with a record of 8-6. Westbrook Christian won 92-43 in their recent league bout against Gaston (Gadsden, AL)
Next up, the Panthers clash with the Hokes Bluff Eagles (Hokes Bluff, AL) in a 3A Area 12 bout, on Friday, January 14. Collinsville will attempt to upgrade on its 5-9 season record. The Eagles go into the bout with a 10-7 record after their 54-51 league loss to Glencoe (Glencoe, AL).
