The South Laurel Cardinals (London, KY) basketball knocked off the visiting Corbin Redhounds (Corbin, KY), 82-64 in Tuesday's league test.
The Cardinals (13-3) will now prepare for their test against Williamsburg (Williamsburg, KY). The Yellowjackets go into the District 50 test with a 8-2 record. In their last test, Williamsburg went down by King's Academy (Seymour, TN), 77-68, in a non-league test.
The Redhounds now own a 6-3 record. They play next when they host Bell County for a non-league test on Friday, January 14. Corbin will encounter a Bobcats squad coming off a 89-69 league loss to Harlan County (Harlan, KY). The Bobcats record now stands at 7-3.
