The Geneva County Bulldogs basketball team scored 82 points and restricted the host Houston County Lions to 25 in the Bulldogs league victory on Tuesday.

The Bulldogs now sport a 15-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Abbeville for a 2A Area 2 contest on Friday, January 14. Geneva County will battle a Yellowjackets team coming off a 75-44 league win over Cottonwood (Cottonwood, AL). The Yellowjackets record now stands at 9-5.

The Lions (0-18) will now prepare for their contest against Cottonwood (Cottonwood, AL). The Bears come into the 2A Area 2 contest with a 6-9 record.
