Massachusetts High School Basketball - Maynard can't hold off Hudson

The Hudson Hawks basketball team scored 66 points and held the host Maynard Tigers to 62 in the Hawks non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Hawks now sport a 5-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to St. Bernard's Central Catholic for a non-league contest on Friday, January 14. Hudson will battle a Bernardians team coming off a 67-58 non-league win over Murdock (Winchendon, MA). The Bernardians record now stands at 1-3.

The Tigers (5-3) will now prepare for their contest against Clinton (Clinton, MA). The Gaels enter the non-league contest with a 7-0 record. In their last contest, Clinton nudged Lunenburg (Lunenburg, MA), 64-36, in a league contest.
