The Lake Mills Bulldogs (Lake Mills, IA) basketball felled the visiting West Hancock Eagles (Britt, IA), 61-43 in Tuesday's league test.
The Bulldogs (11-0) will now prepare for their test against Belmond-Klemme (Belmond, IA). The Broncos go into the North Iowa test with a 0-9 record. In their last test, Belmond-Klemme was beaten by Bishop Garrigan (Algona, IA), 75-38, in a non-league test.
The Eagles now own a 5-6 record. They play next when they travel to North Union for a non-league test on Thursday, January 13. West Hancock will encounter a Warriors squad coming off a 60-59 non-league loss to Graettinger-Terril/Ruthven-Ayrshire (Ruthven, IA). The Warriors record now stands at 6-5.
