The Lions now possess a 11-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host New Manchester for a AAAAA Region 6 battle on Friday, January 14. Lithia Springs will confront a Jaguars team coming off a 61-53 league loss to Chapel Hill (Douglasville, GA). The Jaguars record now stands at 8-5.

The Spartans (1-9) will now prepare for their battle against Midtown (Atlanta, GA). The Knights come into the AAAAA Region 6 battle with a 3-10 record. In their last battle, Midtown was nudged by Jackson (Atlanta, GA), 61-56, in a league battle.
