The Jenison Wildcats basketball team scored 47 points and held the host Caledonia Fighting Scots to 30 in the Wildcats league triumph on Tuesday.
The Wildcats now sport a 4-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to West Ottawa for a Ottawa-Kent - Red contest on Friday, January 14. Jenison will battle a Panthers team coming off a 51-44 league loss to Grand Haven (Grand Haven, MI). The Panthers record now stands at 6-1.
The Fighting Scots (3-4) will now prepare for their contest against Grand Haven (Grand Haven, MI). The Buccaneers enter the Ottawa-Kent - Red contest with a 5-2 record. In their last contest, Grand Haven ran past West Ottawa (Holland, MI), 51-44, in a league contest.
