With the win, Divine Child upgrades its record to 8-0 on the season. The Falcons host Lutheran North (Macomb, MI) to clash with the Mustangs in a Catholic Central bout on Friday, January 14. The Mustangs go into the bout with a record of 4-3. Lutheran North lost 43-16 in their recent league bout against Gabriel Richard (Ann Arbor, MI)

Next up, the Marlins clash with the Regina (Warren, MI) in a Catholic Central bout, on Friday, January 14. Mercy will attempt to upgrade on its 6-2 season record. The go into the bout with a 3-7 record after their 61-33 league loss to Marian (Bloomfield Hills, MI).
