The Keller Central Chargers basketball team (Keller, TX), was overwhelmed 61-35 in Tuesday's league battle with the visiting Fossil Ridge Panthers (Keller, TX)
The Panthers now possess a 9-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Southlake Carroll for a 6A Region I District 4 battle on Friday, January 14. Fossil Ridge will confront a Dragons team coming off a 54-38 league win over Timber Creek (Fort Worth, TX). The Dragons record now stands at 19-4.
The Chargers (4-16) will now prepare for their battle against Byron Nelson (Trophy Club, TX). The Bobcat come into the 6A Region I District 4 battle with a 8-13 record. In their last battle, Byron Nelson was overwhelmed by Keller (Keller, TX), 51-25, in a league battle.
