Alabama High School Basketball - Hewitt-Trussville tops Spain Park

Hewitt-Trussville Huskies (Trussville, AL) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Spain Park Jaguars (Hoover, AL), 55-43 in a league bout.
With the victory, Hewitt-Trussville upgrades its record to 18-3 on the campaign. The Huskies host Gadsden City (Gadsden, AL) to play the Titans in a 7A Area 6 bout on Friday, January 14. The Titans come into the bout with a record of 11-10. Gadsden City lost 63-30 in their recent league bout against Vestavia Hills (Vestavia Hills, AL)
Next up, the Jaguars play the Vestavia Hills Rebels (Vestavia Hills, AL) in a 7A Area 6 bout, on Friday, January 14. Spain Park will attempt to upgrade on its 10-15 season record. The Rebels come into the bout with a 20-2 record after their 63-30 league win over Gadsden City (Gadsden, AL).
