The Lafayette County Huskers (Higginsville, MO) basketball crushed the visiting Knob Noster Panthers (Knob Noster, MO), 68-37 in Tuesday's league test.
The Huskers (10-6) will now prepare for their test against St. Paul Lutheran (Concordia, MO). The Saints go into the non-league test with a 7-3 record. In their last test, St. Paul Lutheran walloped Lone Jack (Lone Jack, MO), 55-34, in a league test.
The Panthers now own a 2-10 record. They play next when they host Holden for a Missouri River Valley - East test on Thursday, January 13. Knob Noster will encounter a Eagles squad coming off a 47-24 league win over Lexington (Lexington, MO). The Eagles record now stands at 8-5.
