Princeton Tigers (Princeton, MN) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host St. Francis Fighting Saints (St. Francis, MN), 61-49 in a league bout.
With the victory, Princeton upgrades its record to 4-11 on the campaign. The Tigers host North Branch (North Branch, MN) to play the Vikings in a AAA Section 7 bout on Thursday, January 13. The Vikings come into the bout with a record of 7-4. North Branch lost 82-24 in their recent league bout against Becker (Becker, MN)
Next up, the Fighting Saints play the Monticello Magic (Monticello, MN) in a AAA Section 5 bout, on Thursday, January 13. St. Francis will attempt to upgrade on its 2-10 season record.
