The Arizona Lutheran Academy Coyotes routed the visiting St. John Paul II Catholic Lions basketball team by a final score of 97-21 in Wednesday's league game.

In their next game, the Coyotes face the Trivium Prep Crimson Knights (Goodyear, AZ) in a 2A West game, on Thursday, January 12. Arizona Lutheran Academy will attempt to move on its 11-5 season record. The Crimson Knights enter the game with a 9-9 record after their 71-47 league win over Kingman Academy (Kingman, AZ).
