Nevada High School Basketball - McQueen overwhelms Carson

January 11, 2023: Reno, NV 89523

Fans at Wednesday's league challenge between the McQueen Lancers (Reno, NV) and the visiting Carson Senators (Carson City, NV), saw McQueen's basketball squad wallop Carson by a tally of 76-47.

With the victory, McQueen improves its record to 8-6 on the campaign. The Lancers host Reno (Reno, NV) to confront the Huskies in a 5A Northern challenge on Friday, January 13. The Huskies come into the challenge with a record of 12-3. Reno lost 59-48 in their recent league challenge against Spanish Springs (Sparks, NV)

Next up, the Senators confront the Douglas Tigers (Minden, NV) in a 5A Northern challenge, on Friday, January 13. Carson will attempt to improve on its 5-8 season record. The Tigers come into the challenge with a 9-7 record after their 77-69 league win over Galena (Reno, NV).
