Fans at Wednesday's league challenge between the Riverside Rebels (Lake City, AR) and the visiting Earle Bulldogs (Earle, AR), saw Riverside's basketball squad wallop Earle by a count of 63-30.

With the victory, Riverside upgrades its record to 16-5 on the campaign. The Rebels travel to Marmaduke (Marmaduke, AR) to play the Greyhounds in a 2A Region 3 challenge on Friday, January 13. The Greyhounds come into the challenge with a record of 10-8. Marmaduke lost 52-45 in their recent league challenge against East Poinsett County (Lepanto, AR)

Next up, the Bulldogs play the Rector Cougars (Rector, AR) in a 2A Region 3 challenge, on Saturday, January 14. Earle will attempt to upgrade on its 3-5 season record. The Cougars come into the challenge with a 12-2 record after their 75-58 league loss to Bay (Bay, AR).
