In Wednesday's league outing, the George Stevens Academy Eagles (Blue Hill, ME) basketball squad beat the host Narraguagus Knights (Harrington, ME), by a count of 44-35.
The Eagles (7-2) will now prepare for their outing against Dexter (Dexter, ME). The Tigers go into the C North outing with a 8-1 record. In their last outing, Dexter defeated Searsport (Searsport, ME), 52-40, in a league outing.
The Knights now hold a 2-8 record. They play next when they travel to Woodland for a C North outing on Friday, January 13. Narraguagus will clash with a Dragons squad coming off a 55-52 non-league win over Jonesport-Beals (Jonesport, ME). The Dragons record now stands at 5-3.
