Washington High School Basketball - Ocosta ripped by Hoquiam

The Hoquiam Grizzlies basketball team scored 57 points and held the visiting Ocosta Wildcats to 32 in the Grizzlies non-league triumph on Wednesday.

The Grizzlies now sport a 9-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Eatonville for a 1A Evergreen contest on Friday, January 13. Hoquiam will battle a Cruisers team coming off a 70-63 league win over Tenino (Tenino, WA). The Cruisers record now stands at 6-5.

The Wildcats (6-7) will now prepare for their contest against Raymond (Raymond, WA). The Seagulls enter the 2B Pacific contest with a 8-6 record. In their last contest, Raymond triumphed over South Bend (South Bend, WA), 74-45, in a league contest.
