California High School Basketball - Hughson can't hold off Riverbank

The Riverbank Bruins basketball team scored 61 points and restricted the host Hughson Huskies to 59 in the Bruins league victory on Wednesday.
The Bruins now sport a 8-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Waterford for a non-league contest on Saturday, January 14. Riverbank will battle a Wildcats team coming off a 67-16 league loss to Orestimba (Newman, CA). The Wildcats record now stands at 4-14.
The Huskies (5-7) will now prepare for their contest against Ripon (Ripon, CA). The Indians come into the Trans Valley League contest with a 5-12 record. In their last contest, Ripon was nudged by Escalon (Escalon, CA), 59-56, in a league contest.
