The Milton Black Panthers basketball team scored 61 points and held the host Jersey Shore Bulldogs to 50 in the Black Panthers non-league triumph on Wednesday.

The Black Panthers now sport a 5-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Shikellamy for a Heartland I contest on Saturday, January 14. Milton will battle a Braves team coming off a 52-35 league loss to Selinsgrove (Selinsgrove, PA). The Braves record now stands at 4-8.

The Bulldogs (2-8) will now prepare for their contest against Central Mountain (Mill Hall, PA). The Wildcats enter the Heartland I contest with a 10-1 record. In their last contest, Central Mountain was defeated by Shamokin Area (Coal Township, PA), 69-51, in a league contest.
