Le Roy Oatkan Knights (Le Roy, NY) backers were pleased Wednesday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Letchworth Indians (Gainesville, NY), 67-49 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Le Roy upgrades its record to 6-5 on the campaign. The Oatkan Knights host Geneseo (Geneseo, NY) to play the Blue Devils in a Section 5 Livingston County II bout on Friday, January 13. The Blue Devils come into the bout with a record of 4-1. Geneseo won 69-50 in their recent league bout against Warsaw (Warsaw, NY)

Next up, the Indians play the Wayland-Cohocton Eagles (Wayland, NY) in a non-league bout, on Friday, January 13. Letchworth will attempt to upgrade on its 0-9 season record.
