Fans at Wednesday's league challenge between the Liberty Bison (Winchester, CA) and the host Perris Panthers (Perris, CA), saw Liberty's basketball squad overcome Perris by a tally of 63-47.

With the victory, Liberty improves its record to 12-2 on the campaign. The Bison host San Jacinto (San Jacinto, CA) to play the Tigers in a Mountain Pass challenge on Friday, January 13. The Tigers come into the challenge with a record of 4-11. San Jacinto won 73-67 in their recent league challenge against West Valley (Hemet, CA)

Next up, the Panthers play the Tahquitz Titans (Hemet, CA) in a Mountain Pass challenge, on Friday, January 13. Perris will attempt to improve on its 6-11 season record. The Titans come into the challenge with a 3-11 record after their 72-69 league win over Citrus Hill (Perris, CA).
