In Wednesday's league outing, the St. Anselm's Abbey Panthers (Washington, DC) basketball squad edged the visiting McLean (Potomac, MD), by a count of 51-44.
The Panthers (7-4) will now prepare for their outing against Banneker (Washington, DC). The Bulldogs go into the non-league outing with a 5-5 record. In their last outing, Banneker was tipped by Dunbar (Washington, DC), 60-53, in a league outing.
The now hold a 1-8 record. They play next when they host Hebrew Academy for a Potomac Valley outing on Tuesday, January 17.
