With the victory, South Whidbey improves its record to 4-7 on the campaign. The Falcons travel to Sultan (Sultan, WA) to confront the Turks in a 1A Emerald Sound challenge on Friday, January 13. The Turks come into the challenge with a record of 7-1. Sultan won 73-40 in their recent league challenge against Granite Falls (Granite Falls, WA)

Next up, the Mountaineers confront the Squalicum Storm (Bellingham, WA) in a 1A/2A/3A Northwest challenge, on Friday, January 13. Mt. Baker will attempt to improve on its 2-8 season record. The Storm come into the challenge with a 4-8 record after their 51-50 league loss to Nooksack Valley (Everson, WA).
