North Carolina High School Basketball - Pungo Christian Academy overwhelms Northeast Academy

Fans at Wednesday's league challenge between the Pungo Christian Academy Raiders (Belhaven, NC) and the host Northeast Academy Eagles (Lasker, NC), saw Pungo Christian Academy's basketball squad wallop Northeast Academy by a tally of 69-26.

With the victory, Pungo Christian Academy improves its record to 12-3 on the campaign. The Raiders host Lawrence Academy (Merry Hill, NC) to confront the Warriors in a NCISAA Tarheel challenge on Friday, January 13. The Warriors come into the challenge with a record of 11-6. Lawrence Academy won 60-29 in their recent league challenge against Terra Ceia Christian (Pantego, NC)

Next up, the Eagles confront the Lawrence Academy Warriors (Merry Hill, NC) in a NCISAA Tarheel challenge, on Tuesday, January 17. Northeast Academy will attempt to improve on its 0-14 season record.
