The Piggott Mohawks basketball team (Piggott, AR), was overwhelmed 89-50 in Wednesday's league battle with the visiting Osceola Seminoles (Osceola, AR)
The Seminoles now possess a 6-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Rivercrest for a 3A Region 3 battle on Friday, January 13. Osceola will battle a Colts team coming off a 69-57 league loss to Corning (Corning, AR). The Colts record now stands at 2-10.
The Mohawks (6-10) will now prepare for their battle against Gosnell (Gosnell, AR). The Pirates come into the 3A Region 3 battle with a 7-7 record. In their last battle, Gosnell was overwhelmed by Manila (Manila, AR), 92-42, in a league battle.
