Wonderview Daredevils (Hattieville, AR) backers were pleased Wednesday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Scranton Rockets (Scranton, AR), 77-46 in a league bout.

With the victory, Wonderview upgrades its record to 16-4 on the campaign. The Daredevils host Guy-Perkins (Guy, AR) to play the Thunderbirds in a 1A Region 4 bout on Saturday, January 14. The Thunderbirds come into the bout with a record of 13-4. Guy-Perkins lost 55-48 in their recent league bout against Nemo Vista (Center Ridge, AR)

Next up, the Rockets play the Sacred Heart Rebels (Morrilton, AR) in a 1A Region 4 bout, on Saturday, January 14. Scranton will attempt to upgrade on its 8-10 season record. The Rebels come into the bout with a 5-11 record after their 68-56 league loss to Mt. Vernon-Enola (Mt. Vernon, AR).
