California High School Basketball - Las Lomas can't hold off Miramonte

The Miramonte Matadors basketball team scored 55 points and held the visiting Las Lomas Knights to 49 in the Matadors league triumph on Wednesday.
The Matadors now sport a 2-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to College Park for a contest on Friday, January 13. Miramonte will battle a Falcons team coming off a 60-49 league loss to Northgate (Walnut Creek, CA). The Falcons record now stands at 8-6.
The Knights (10-8) will now prepare for their contest against Campolindo (Moraga, CA). The Cougars enter the contest with a 3-4 record. In their last contest, Campolindo nudged Clayton Valley Charter (Concord, CA), 54-38, in a league contest.
