California High School Basketball - ACE Charter can't hold off Mid-Peninsula

The ACE Charter Cheetahs basketball team (San Jose, CA), was nudged 27-23 in Wednesday's league battle with the host Mid-Peninsula Dragons (Menlo Park, CA)
The Dragons now sport a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host DCP Alum Rock for a Private School - Central battle on Tuesday, January 17. Mid-Peninsula will battle a Lobos team coming off a 34-32 league win over DCP El Primero (San Jose, CA). The Lobos record now stands at 6-4.
The Cheetahs (0-2) will now prepare for their battle against Mountain View Academy (Mountain View, CA). The Mustangs come into the Private School - Central battle with a 1-1 record. In their last bout, Mountain View Academy was edged by DCP Alum Rock (San Jose, CA), 48-45, in a league bout.
