Breathitt County Bobcats (Jackson, KY) backers were pleased Wednesday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Hazard Bulldogs / Lady Bulldogs (Hazard, KY), 74-64 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Breathitt County upgrades its record to 4-10 on the campaign. The Bobcats host Jackson City (Jackson, KY) to play the Tigers in a District 55 bout on Tuesday, January 17. The Tigers come into the bout with a record of 0-10.

Next up, the Bulldogs / Lady Bulldogs play the Knox Central Panthers (Barbourville, KY) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, January 14. Hazard will attempt to upgrade on its 7-5 season record.
