The Canfield Cardinals basketball team scored 57 points and held the host Howland Tigers to 48 in the Cardinals league triumph on Wednesday.
The Cardinals now sport a 11-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Chaney for a non-league contest on Saturday, January 14. Canfield will battle a Cowboys team coming off a 46-27 non-league loss to Cardinal Mooney (Youngstown, OH). The Cowboys record now stands at 1-8.
