The Centennial Eagles basketball team (Ellicott City, MD), was toppled 42-30 in Wednesday's league battle with the host Mt. Hebron Vikings (Ellicott City, MD)
The Vikings now possess a 4-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hammond for a Howard County battle on Friday, January 13. Mt. Hebron will confront a Golden Bears team coming off a 47-26 league win over Atholton (Columbia, MD). The Golden Bears record now stands at 8-2.
The Eagles (2-5) will now prepare for their battle against Howard (Ellicott City, MD). The Lions come into the Howard County battle with a 11-0 record. In their last battle, Howard beat Oakland Mills (Columbia, MD), 73-28, in a league battle.
