The Glades Central Raiders basketball team scored 42 points and restricted the visiting Clewiston Tigers to 23 in the Raiders non-league victory on Wednesday.
The Raiders now sport a 3-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Seminole Ridge for a non-league contest on Thursday, January 12. Glades Central will battle a Hawks team coming off a 41-34 non-league win over Boca Raton (Boca Raton, FL). The Hawks record now stands at 9-5.
The Tigers (6-5) will now prepare for their contest against Lemon Bay (Englewood, FL). The Manta Rays come into the non-league contest with a 11-7 record. In their last contest, Lemon Bay prevailed over Bradenton Christian (Bradenton, FL), 60-59, in a non-league contest.
