With the victory, East Bladen improves its record to 11-2 on the campaign. The Eagles host Fairmont (Fairmont, NC) to play the Golden Tornadoes in a 2A Conference 7 challenge on Friday, January 13. The Golden Tornadoes come into the challenge with a record of 12-3. Fairmont won 84-45 in their recent league challenge against West Bladen (Bladenboro, NC)

Next up, the Titans play the East Columbus Gators (Lake Waccamaw, NC) in a 1A/2A Conference 5 challenge, on Friday, January 13. Heide Trask will attempt to improve on its 1-12 season record. The Gators come into the challenge with a 7-6 record after their 43-39 league loss to Pender (Burgaw, NC).
