California High School Basketball - Western Sierra Collegiate Academy thwarts Futures

January 11, 2023: Rocklin, CA 95765

The Western Sierra Collegiate Academy Wolves (Rocklin, CA) basketball knocked off the visiting Futures Knights (Sacramento, CA), 38-29 in Wednesday's non-league test.

The Wolves (6-7) will now prepare for their test against Buckingham Charter (Vacaville, CA). The Knights go into the Sacramento Metropolitan Athletic League test with a 1-4 record.

The Knights now own a 2-11 record. They play next when they travel to Encina Prep for a Central Valley California League contest on Thursday, January 12. Futures will battle a Bulldogs team coming off a 34-21 league loss to Sierra Academy of Expeditionary Learning (Nevada City, CA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 1-10.
