The Greenwood Bulldogs (Greenwood, AR) basketball crushed the host Van Buren Pointers (Van Buren, AR), 60-28 in Wednesday's league test.
The Bulldogs (11-2) will now prepare for their test against Harrison (Harrison, AR). The Goblins go into the 5A West test with a 3-2 record. In their last test, Harrison was trounced by Alma (Alma, AR), 39-34, in a league test.
The Pointers now own a 8-7 record. They play next when they travel to Mountain Home for a 5A West test on Saturday, January 14. Van Buren will encounter a Bombers squad coming off a 52-47 league loss to Siloam Springs (Siloam Springs, AR). The Bombers record now stands at 6-8.
