The St. Paul Academy-Summit Spartans basketball team scored 48 points and restricted the visiting Math & Science Academy Dragons to 36 in the Spartans league victory on Wednesday.
The Spartans now sport a 1-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Mounds Park Academy for a AA Section 4 contest on Friday, January 13. St. Paul Academy-Summit will battle a Panthers team coming off a 60-48 non-league loss to Maranatha Christian Academy (Brooklyn Park, MN). The Panthers record now stands at 7-4.
The Dragons (2-4) will now prepare for their contest against Liberty Classical Academy (Maplewood, MN). The come into the non-league contest with a 0-0 record.
