Pennsylvania High School Basketball - United overwhelms Penns Manor

January 11, 2023: Armagh, PA 15920

Fans at Wednesday's league challenge between the United Lions (Armagh, PA) and the visiting Penns Manor Comets (Clymer, PA), saw United's basketball squad wallop Penns Manor by a count of 49-26.

With the victory, United upgrades its record to 9-4 on the campaign. The Lions travel to Purchase Line (Commodore, PA) to play the Red Dragons in a Heritage challenge on Friday, January 13. The Red Dragons come into the challenge with a record of 4-7.

Next up, the Comets play the Homer-Center Wildcats (Homer City, PA) in a Heritage challenge, on Friday, January 13. Penns Manor will attempt to upgrade on its 10-3 season record. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a 8-3 record after their 64-14 league win over Northern Cambria (Northern Cambria, PA).
