With the victory, Fernley upgrades its record to 13-2 on the campaign. The Vaqueros host Lowry (Winnemucca, NV) to confront the Buckaroos in a battle on Saturday, January 14. The Buckaroos come into the battle with a record of 3-5.

The Greenwave (2-5) will now prepare for their battle against Dayton (Dayton, NV). The Dust Devils come into the battle with a 1-6 record.
