In Wednesday's non-league match, the visiting Mooresville Blue Devils basketball team scored a tight 47-40 triumph over the West Cabarrus Wolverines.
In their next game, the Blue Devils meet the Lake Norman Wildcats (Mooresville, NC) in a non-league match, on Tuesday, January 17. Mooresville will attempt to better on its 7-5 season record.
With the defeat, West Cabarrus moves to 3-2 on the year. The Wolverines travel to Mount Tabor (Winston-Salem, NC) to meet the Spartans in a non-league match on Saturday, January 14. The Spartans enter the match with a record of 0-3.
