In Wednesday's league challenge, the Noble & Greenough Bulldogs (Dedham, MA) ice hockey team nudged the visiting Lawrence Academy Spartans (Groton, MA), by a margin of 4-3.
The Bulldogs now possess a 11-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Middlesex for a challenge on Friday, January 13. Noble & Greenough will clash with a team coming off a 4-0 league loss to Portsmouth Abbey (Portsmouth, RI). The record now stands at 3-5.
The Spartans (4-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Thayer Academy (Braintree, MA). The Tigers enter the challenge with a 4-8 record. In their last challenge, Thayer Academy was edged by Belmont Hill (Belmont, MA), 3-2, in a league challenge.
