Columbia Wildcats (Nampa, ID) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Emmett Huskies (Emmett, ID), 59-38 in a league bout.

With the win, Columbia upgrades its record to 4-6 on the season. The Wildcats travel to Caldwell (Caldwell, ID) to play the Cougars in a bout on Friday, January 13. The Cougars go into the bout with a record of 0-2. Caldwell lost 1-0 in their recent non-league bout against Canyon Ridge (Twin Falls, ID)

Next up, the Huskies play the Parma Panthers (Parma, ID) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 17. Emmett will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record.
