California High School Basketball - Escalon can't hold off Ripon

The Ripon Indians basketball team scored 57 points and held the visiting Escalon Cougars to 51 in the Indians league triumph on Wednesday.
The Indians now sport a 2-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Hughson for a contest on Friday, January 13. Ripon will battle a Huskies team coming off a 48-45 league win over Riverbank (Riverbank, CA). The Huskies record now stands at 10-2.
The Cougars (15-4) will now prepare for their contest against Livingston (Livingston, CA). The Wolves enter the contest with a 12-6 record. In their last contest, Livingston was nudged by Ripon Christian (Ripon, CA), 48-36, in a league contest.
