The Half Moon Bay Cougars (Half Moon Bay, CA) basketball crushed the host Oceana Sharks (Pacifica, CA), 56-18 in Wednesday's league test.
The Cougars (4-3) will now prepare for their test against Jefferson (Daly City, CA). The Grizzlies go into the test with a 5-5 record. In their last test, Jefferson was trounced by El Camino (South San Francisco, CA), 38-34, in a league test.
The Sharks now own a 4-5 record. They play next when they travel to South San Francisco for a test on Friday, January 13. Oceana will encounter a Warriors squad coming off a 43-36 league win over Westmoor (Daly City, CA). The Warriors record now stands at 10-4.
