The Austin Packers basketball team scored 75 points and restricted the host Red Wing Wingers to 59 in the Packers league victory on Thursday.
The Packers now sport a 3-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Northfield for a AAA Section 1 contest on Saturday, January 13. Austin will battle a Raiders team coming off a 61-59 league win over Winona (Winona, MN). The Raiders record now stands at 7-5.
The Wingers (6-6) will now prepare for their contest against Winona (Winona, MN). The Winhawks come into the AAA Section 1 contest with a 2-10 record. In their last contest, Winona was defeated by Northfield (Northfield, MN), 61-59, in a league contest.
