Glastonbury Guardians (Glastonbury, CT) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Avon Falcons (Avon, CT), 66-30 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Glastonbury upgrades its record to 7-3 on the season. The Guardians travel to Cheney RVT (Manchester, CT) to play the Beavers in a non-league bout on Monday, January 15. The Beavers go into the bout with a record of 7-2. Cheney RVT won 100-44 in their recent league bout against Prince RVT (Hartford, CT)

Next up, the Falcons play the Bulkeley Bulldogs (Hartford, CT) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, January 13. Avon will attempt to upgrade on its 2-5 season record.
