Maryland High School Basketball - Crossland can't hold off College Park Academy

The College Park Academy basketball team scored 56 points and held the host Crossland Cavaliers to 50 in the league triumph on Thursday.
The now sport a 1-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Chesapeake Math & IT Academy South for a Prince George's County 3A/2A/1A contest on Tuesday, January 16. College Park Academy will battle a team coming off a 75-73 league loss to Chesapeake Math & IT Academy North (Laurel, MD). The record now stands at 3-5.
The Cavaliers (0-7) will now prepare for their contest against Surrattsville (Clinton, MD). The Hornets enter the Prince George's County 3A/2A/1A contest with a 4-5 record. In their last contest, Surrattsville was nudged by Gwynn Park (Brandywine, MD), 86-33, in a league contest.
