In Thursday's league outing, the Crosshill Christian Eagles (Turner, OR) basketball squad overwhelmed the host Falls City/Kings Valley Charter Mountaineers (Falls City, OR), by a count of 64-38.
The Eagles (11-3) will now prepare for their outing against Lewis Academy (Newberg, OR). The Watchmen go into the 1A Casco outing with a 6-8 record.
The Mountaineers now hold a 7-8 record. They play next when they travel to Oregon School for the Deaf for a 1A Casco outing on Tuesday, January 16. Falls City/Kings Valley Charter will clash with a Panthers squad coming off a 61-24 league loss to Livingstone Adventist Academy (Salem, OR). The Panthers record now stands at 0-8.
