Fans at Thursday's league challenge between the Jurupa Hills Spartans (Fontana, CA) and the host Eisenhower Eagles (Rialto, CA), saw Jurupa Hills's basketball team get by Eisenhower by a score of 67-65.

The Spartans now sport a 8-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Yucaipa for a non-league contest on Monday, January 15. Jurupa Hills will battle a Thunderbirds team coming off a 56-44 league win over Cajon (San Bernardino, CA). The Thunderbirds record now stands at 9-12.

The Eagles (6-11) will now prepare for their contest against Summit (Fontana, CA). The SkyHawks come into the Sunkist contest with a 11-10 record. In their last contest, Summit edged Rialto (Rialto, CA), 84-67, in a league contest.
